Wait Time: 30 minutes of free wait time for Domestic flights and 45 minutes of free wait time for International flights. All pick-ups from New York City will have 15 minutes of free wait time. Additional waiting time will be calculated in increments of 15 minutes at the vehicle's hourly rate. All No Shows will be charged in full. Incase If you can’t find your chauffeur please contact us . Cancellations for Sedan and SUV must be made 6 Hrs prior to the trip time by Phone. Cancellations for all other vehicles must be made 12 Hrs prior to the trip time by phone or they will be charged in full. Cancellations policy for SUV stretches will be advised at the time of the booking.

Your credit card has a unique security code, which helps ensure your card is present during a transaction. Visa and Master Card credit cards feature a three-digit number on the back of the card, immediately following the account number. American Express cards feature a 4-digit number on the front of the card, above the account number. We request that you enter this number as an added security measure into the CCV field in front of the CreditCard Number Field.
